Question : My grandson has fever head sweaty and legs and feet r cold he is 1 year old

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. I would recommend you to record his body temperature. If more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit then Acetaminophen or tylenol (15mg/kg/dose, XXXXXXX 500mg) will be of help. You may repeat it after 6 hours if needed. Ensure good nutrition and hydration.
