                                    Brief Answer:
Can use if you have secondary bacterial infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
I suppose you are having cold and sore throat. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Tablet AZIWOK is azithromycin and is an antibiotic. It will not treat purely viral infections. However this will be helpful if you have developed any secondary bacterial infection like sore throat. At that time it can be taken 500 mg once daily for 3 days.
Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Please take paracetamol 500 mg after food
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing back with an update.
If you have only fever than Crocin 500 mg (paracetamol) is sufficient. It is to be taken 3 times a day after meals, till fever subsides. As mentioned earlier Aziwok will not treat viral fever but it will help if you have any bacterial infection which is causing the fever.
Hope your query is answered.

Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing back with an update.
Since you are having only fever, headache and pulling of legs (generalized aches) and if it is only since yesterday, I suggest you take tablet Crocin 500 mg after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also please take rest from work and avoid going out of your home.
By evening if you feel that you are feeling no improvement then you can start taking antibiotics from tomorrow like CIPLOX 500 mg twice a day for 5 days (after food) and tablet PAN 40 once daily on empty stomach for 5 days.
Tablet AZIWOK 500MG is to be taken with caution under medical supervision and should never be taken on your own. This is because AZIWOK can cause sudden heart attack in some people.
Hope your query is answered.
