Brief Answer:
How is the urine output

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

From your description it looks like your son has viral gastroenteritis. Usually it takes 5 days to see improvement.

How is the urine output and thirst?

If he is passing urine atleast 6 times a day and thirsty, you can continue medicines given by your doctor along with ORS liquid 100 ml for each loose motion. If he is passing less urine consult your nearby hospital for he may require admission and intra venous fluids for dehydration.

Wishing him speedy recovery.

Regards
Dr Arun

Brief Answer:
t minic us good enough

Detailed Answer:
T minic is good enough for cold.
But if fever and cough is persistent, your son needs re examination to rule out throat or chest infection.
I usually prescribe antibiotics like azithromycin 100 mg once daily for 5 days.

Brief Answer:
Medicines are not going to be effective unless the cause is treated...

Detailed Answer:
Fever could be due to teething but it doesn't explain the cough and cold. Based on your history, it looks to be viral infection. But without clinical examination, the possibilities of chest infection cannot be ruled out.

It's better to get her examined as already said.
If you miss out chest infection, you are putting your kid in great risk.

I am sorry, if my answer was not satisfactory. But my suggestions are in the best interest of your child. Treatment is to be personalised based on the individuals clinical condition.

I wish her a speedy recovery...

Regards
