Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that Ciprofloxacine interacts with some of the drugs which you are currently taking.
It interacts with Carvedilol, by increasing its effects, through decreasing its hepatic metabolisms. So, you may experience a lower heart rate, related to the increase of Carvedilol effects.
It interacts with Cymbalta by increasing its effects (the same mechanism as Carvedilol). So, you may experience some adverse effects related to increased levels of Cymbalta (nausea, flushing, diarrhea,etc.).
So, it may be necessary reducing the dose of Carvedilol and Cymbalta, while taking Ciprofloxacine.
Regarding the other drugs, present in your current therapy, it is safe to take them concomitantly with Ciprofloxacine as there are no interactions between them.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
