Question : I currently have fibromyalgia, chronic pain in upper and lower extremities. I control my pain with tramadol. When I have a flare up, it last from 1-3 days. This last flare up left me feeling weak in the legs and extreme fatique. I've had fibro for 6 years. I feel I am getting worse.

I am sorry to hear that you pain is worsening. However, in such a case apart from conventional therapy you can give acupuncture a try. It has been demonstrated to depress pain areas of the brain and thus provide relief.
