Apply buprenorphine 5 mg transdermal patch locally.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since your lower back tail bone and spine bones is hurting and muscle pain radiates from your butt down to your front thigh and toes are numb i would advise you to apply buprenorphine 5 mg transdermal patch locally.
You can apply one patch to a dry, non-irritated, non hairy area of your skin on your upper body such as your chest, upper back, or the outside of your arms.
Leave it in place for seven days and then remove it and replace it with a new patch, but apply the replacement patch to a different area of skin on your upper body.
Avoid using the area from where you have removed the patch for at least three weeks. Continue to replace your patches once a week, on the same day of the week.
You need a doctors prescription for it.

Do a fasting blood sugar and thyroid stimulating hormone test
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Buprenorphine is not similar to fentany patch and it is 7 times more potent than fentanyl in reducing chronic pain.
Night sweats can be caused by low blood glucose level (hypoglycemia) and excessive levels of thyroid hormones (hyperthyroidism). I would get this checked when you meet the doctor again. A simple blood sugar level as well as thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) will help us exclude diabetes and thyroid issues.
Adrenal problem such as pheochromocytoma which causes night sweats should also be ruled out. But it isn't my first possibility. You may also ask the doctor if he / she wants to perform blood and urine test for hormones such as catecholamines and metanephrines.
If the above mentioned tests come out as normal and considering history of weight loss and diarrhea, I would also advise for a bone marrow aspiration and biopsy test to rule out cancer such as lymphoma.
In other words this evaluation will be step wise process. Discuss about the process of evaluation with your doctor.
Until then I will advise you to sleep in removable layers of clothing, wear breathable natural fibers, avoid constrictive clothing, reduce consumption of warm beverages, reduce alcohol and caffeine intake and avoid spicy or very hot foods.
