Brief Answer:
Fistula does not respond to such creams.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

I have gone through your link provided.

This cream will not cure fistula.

Surgery is the definitive management for Fistula.

If not treated surgically, but alone antibiotics and creams used,it can lead to recurrence.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Herbal remedies do not offer a cure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

I have gone through the links provided by you.

None of the drugs/herbal products mentioned have validated basis in curing or treating anal fistula or abscess.

These remedies just do not work, since fistula or an abscess is an anatomical disruption

You possibly seem to have perianal/ischiorectal fossa abscess.

An abscess if untreated, can lead to fistula formation. Likewise fistula once formed will lead to more abscess cavities. This is a vicious cycle.

For proper and confirmed diagnosis you need either an MRI or a fistulogram test.

Further management is based on the test results.

Usually in all cases, surgical intervention is the only treatment of choice.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Get Investigations and then decide on holiday.

Detailed Answer:
Pertaining to the anal abscess, I am afraid you need to see your doctor in person.

This is high time now. You are very young and should avoid all future health complications arising out of this.

Any delay or negligence on your part to seek medical attention can result in permanent injury. The abscess should never be ignored. They can cause systemic upset if not treated timely.

There is no substitute for this. Once a surgeon examines this area, he can come to a conclusion, if it has a fistulous communication or an abscess cavity formation.

This is a very important aspect in decision making to go for surgery or not.

You should be flexible in this approach.

Above all health is our prime concern.

Everything comes next.

If this bleeding and pain is not effectively screened and treated at this stage, you need to face more severe complications later on in your life.

Health is first.Holiday is next.

Do not delay, make a visit to your physician now and get back to me with the doctor's advice. We will discuss further.

First get the basic investigation and know the depth of the wound, if its superficial you can think of a holiday, but if its deep you need to get appropriate treatment. Take this dictum forward.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Consult doctor with MS or Mch designation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

I appreciate your commitment toward your education.

Its important that you see a Specialist surgeon.

The doctor should either be a Gastrointestinal surgeon or a Urosurgeon or a General surgeon who posses either MS or Mch or both degrees.

Its important that you have surgery at the earliest.

Please take time time out of your busy schedule brother.

Apply for Special Medical leave.

God bless you.

Take care.
