Brief Answer:
Creams won't cure fistula.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

I have gone through your link provided.

This cream will not cure fistula.

Surgery is the definitive management for Fistula.

If not treated surgically, but alone antibiotics and creams used,it can lead to recurrence.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Visit your doctor- its most important.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

Sir I appeal to you -Do not be in a hurry or anxiety.

Certain drugs have to be obtained only with a prescription.

These are rules adopted by drug authorities in XXXXXXX

As Citizens and learned people ,we should abide by them.

Pertaining to the excess bleed and pain,I am afraid you need to see your doctor in person.

There is no substitute to this.Once a surgeon examines this area,he can come to a conclusion, if it has a fistulous communication or an abscess cavity formation.

This is very important aspect in decision making to go for surgery or not.

You should be flexible to this approach.

Above all health is our prime concern.

Everything come next.

If this bleeding and pain is not effectively screened and treated at this stage, you need to face more severe complications later on in your later.

Health is first.Holiday is next.

Do not delay ,make a visit to your physician now and get back to me with the doctor's advice. We will discuss further.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
