Brief Answer:
seems to be anxiety/Eustachian tube dysfunction

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having fizzing sounds form head. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any ear blockage or ear pain ?
Are you on any medications (benzodizepenes) ?

Kindly get back to me with the details so that I am better able to help you.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be tinnitus (ear related) or anxiety or drug withdrawal or minor form of seizures.

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, give detailed history ( anxiety, medications), audiometry (middle and inner ear status), EEG (seizures). If necessary CT scan brain (any vascular or anatomical abnormalities). Treatment can be started as per the finding of investigations.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
brief me after the neurology consult.

Detailed Answer:
I understand your condition. The sounds or noises could be due to tinnitus or auditory hallucinations. However we may not be able to arrive at a conclusive diagnosis not without evaluation through detailed clinical history and examination. I am glad you are going to see a neurologist soon. The doctor may order for battery of blood tests and if necessary all the other tests that I described earlier.

All the best. Take care.
