Question : Hello Dr. I suffer from gas and flatulence in severe abdominal very used several treatments, but without interest, as I suffer the lack of defecation and idle permanently, even with sleep for 7-8 hours was the work of blood tests and all and thankfully good including Careers liver and thyroid. What is the solution. I am using now motilium and pantozol

As you are already using a PPI, a dietary change to include more of fibre will be helpful. An occasional use of stool softener will also be helpful.
