Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

For my patients with similar complaints first I would like get complete history.
Since how long this problem present?
Any history of eating outside?
And clinical examination.
Depending on examination findings I would ask few tests to confirm condition.

Common causes for such problem are
1. indigestion: use of antacids with acid reducing medications do helps to get relief.

2. gallbladder stones: Ultrasound test confirms condition and management depends on size of stones.

3. rarely cardiac condition: better to get ECG test and enzyme levels.

Most common cause for gas discomfort is indigestion , but its better to get examined to rule out other causes.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Regards
