Question : I am Poorvi XXXXXXX and we generally have dinner around 6.30 to 7 in the evening.
Offlate I am facing a lot of flatulence problem.
I have a bit of fissure issue but it’s under control when I have a proper diet as per doctor and don’t need any surgery.
Because of frequent flatulence in the evening, my anus area has got aggravated and it pains while passing gas.
I generally don’t have this issue but for the past 4-5 days I am facing this.
I would like to know if I can do something about it?

Hi Doctor,
No foul smell as such.
This unusual to have so much of flatulence.
I have a sound bowel movements.
Not taking any medications.
Also for some days my eating is irregular because of work, so not eating a lot of fibrous food, eating less ..
Please suggest

Some amount of flatulence is normal.
Increased flatulence is abnormal.

Increased flatulence could be due to high carbohydrate content in the food you take or due to infections.
