I think I would suggest that you enter your query on s more comprehensive way.
I assume from the query that you have diabetes and MS and have flu.
I would suggest the follows-
1. Steam inhalation 4 times a day.
2. Warm saline gargles 4 time per day.
3. Plenty of fluids - 5 litre per day.
4. Multivitamins.
5. Plenty of rest.
