Brief Answer:
Explaining the ideas

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX
Please understand this carefully so that you can know your conditions-

1, blood pressure varies from day to day, minute to minute and even second to second. Even in normal people. The blood pressure is never constant. The idea of it being 130/80 does not mean that it will be 130/80 all day long and all through the life. It varies. So you need not worry about the fluctuations.

2. Any discomfort will always increase the blood pressure because the body is trying to adjust to the stress. The bp responds to a huge variety of symptoms and conditions- pain , anxiety, stress, nausea, vomitting, fever, vertigo, headache, loosemotions- every symptom, every condition canges the blood pressure.

3. As per the latest guidelines, blood pressure upto 140/90 is ok and you need not be prescribed any medicines for the same

4. You said you have some neck pain. Now this is not a part of the BPPV. As a doctor with training in neurology, I will tell you that this symptom is not a usual symptom of BPPV. I will suggest testing a x ray of the cervical spine AP/Lat. There is a possibility that instead of BPPV, or in addition to BPPV, you have cervical spondylosis. This condition can cause vertigo in addition to the neck pain. And the medicines are different. Besides heat fomentation and physiotherapy will help you with the condition..

Best of luck
