Question : My blood pressure has been bouncing between high and low since I have been on medications for vertigo caused by vestibular neuritis. Is there anything I can do to even it out? I am on circ, zofran, alorazepam and gravol as required.

I understand your concern.

Yes blood pressure fluctuations are common with antivertigo medications.

Once the anti vertigo medication course finishes your fluctuations in BP subside.

Continue with your present blood pressure medication and monitor BP regularly.

Restrict salt intake to <6 gm per day.
