Hi dear.Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

I were to put a compression bandage after proper drainage, send the fluid for analysis and evaluate the reason for leakage.Since there is a leakage this will most likely get infected if not diagnosed and treated appropriately.

I strongly feel that this requires surgery.If not operated this results in repeated episodes and further damage of the breast tissue and contour.
