I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Bakers cyst is known to reoccur. As there is space so space is refilled by joint fluid.
One method to reduce chances of recurrence is injection triamcilone after aspiration of cyst.
Another method is surgical excision (removal by surgery) of the cyst. It can reoccur even after surgery but chances are much less.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
