Brief Answer:
Herpes Zoster; Oral valacyclovir for a week

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.

This seems like herpes zoster to me. Grouped discrete fluid filled/ vesicular lesions on your back.
The normal course of action in this case would be to take an oral antiviral e.g valacyclovir 1 gram, thrice daily for a week. Oral antiviral should usually be started within the first 72 hours of onset. Since it has already been 5 days therefore oral antivirals are not absolutely indicated in your case. Nevertheless, I would still suggest you to take oral valacyclovir for a week as the skin lesions would heal faster.
Topically you may use an antibacterial cream e.g 2% mupirocin cream, twice daily.
Oral valacyclovir is a prescription drug and I suggest that you talk to a doctor in your vicintiy for the needful.
