Question : I have had two girlfriends in the past year and a half. Both of my girlfriends I did not use a condom. I have had the symptoms for about maybe a few months but it would go away. I have noticed that when my girlfriend is on top of me during sex. And it is very rough. It always seems to make it worse. The location of them are right above my genitals its wear my girlfriend grinds on me when she is on top. They do not hurt or itch at all. I am sending three more photos

It appears to be folliculitis. It does not appear like molluscum.
You can clean area with warm water twice daily.
Avoid friction in area.
Apply topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin or fucidin twice daily.
Do not trim hair too short.
