Question : I have painful growths in between my vagina and my anus, and it is really scary..what do I do?

Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached images. This is likely to be due to folliculitis- infected hair follicles in the area. This needs oral antibiotics and pain killers for treatment. You can do a hot compress till then for relief. Apply local antiseptic cream like neosporin on it. Do keep the area clean and wear cotton undergarments only.
