Brief Answer:
Need prescription antibiotic to add....

Detailed Answer:
Hi Georgelee,

I have gone through your medical history and photo you provided carefully and understood your concern.

You are having folliculitis on but and inner thighs for over 4 months. Being a pre-diabetic with oscillations in blood sugar levels makes you more prone to skin infections that are difficult to treat.

In your case, you did not get a proper treatment.
At this point, antibiotic wash is not enough. You need to take prescription antibiotic orally (e.g. azithromycin or amoxicillin/clavulonate or cephalexin) orally and :
- wash the area with warm water and soap
- then wash with antibiotic solution
- then apply gentian violet solution, let it dry
- then, apply antibiotic ointment (e.g. bacitracin/neomycin)

Within a few days after taking this therapy, I'm sure you'll get cleared.

Wish fast recovery!
