Question : Aprox 2 weeks. Raised bump. Little sore. Now its flattened out and rough. No pain
Same size as when it appeared. Only diff is now its pretty much flat and rough

I have reviewed the attached photograph though it is not very clear.
It could be either a folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicle or a wart.
I would recommend you to upload clearer pictures of the lesion so that I can guide you in a better way.
