                                    Brief Answer:
Drink much water! No anti-diarrhea drugs. Buscopan, too!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is most likely food poisoning. Treatment is fluid replacement only. No antibiotics are needed. For the cramps, take Hyoscine 10mg thrice daily for relief. Avoid taking any drugs to stop the diarrhea. For the blood in stools, monitor again. If this persists, then we may need antibiotics. Do you have fevers?
I wish you well. Keep me posted about your state.

Hi,
Kindly take 500g of ciprofloxacin twice daily for 5days. With this repeated blood, I will not want to take further chances.
