Question : I got a massive headache after eating an enchilada dinner from Hungry Man, I also got nausea.
Brief Answer:
Sounds like food poisoning.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks you for posting your query.
From your description, I suspect food poisoning. You should already be feeling better if it is food poisoning, the effects of food poisoning can last from 6 to 8 hours or rarely 3 days, the basic treatment is mostly supportive except in cases where botulinum is suspected.
Just to be on the safer side, I would suggest you visit the emergency room and get yourself evaluated. Meanwhile keep drinking adequate amounts of ORS (Oral rehydration solution).
You can take Tylenol for headache and ondansetron and omeprazole for nausea.
Hope this helps you.
Get well soon.
Regards
