Question : I have had a feeling of a crumb stuck in my throat for a few days. It felt swollen in the same area a few days before. What could it be and will it go away. It is worse after I have eaten.

A crumb getting struck in throat can be a sign of some esophageal pathology at this age. My advice is you should eat bananas and boiled potatoes and if still the feeling of something struck doesn't go, you should get an endoscopic examination of throat done.
