Brief Answer:
Persisting infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

I have read the question in detail and gone through the picture.

From the picture,it is clear that the infection is persisting.
This is expected because, amoxicillin alone is not a good choice in this setting.
Amoxicillin should be combined either with cloxacillin or with clavulonate for adequate response.
But,at present the wound is badly infected and need initial thorough debridement and cleaning. After that, this need a complete course of antibiotic, along with anti inflammatory drugs, and meticulous wound care. Also, you should go for a tetanus shot if not had one recently.
Kindly see your doctor for initial wound management. After that, take the antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs as advised.
Clean the area daily apply antibiotics ointments like povidone iodine or mupirocin.
Keep the limb elevated and avoid prlonged standing.
Keep good control of blood sugar.

Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing for a faster cure.
Thank you.
