Question : I have sudden itching that starts on my foot in one place and then goes crazy and won't stop. A couple of pin pricks appear and then the itching goes crazy. Happens at home or overseas so not bedbugs. I have had bariatric surgery and it has started since then. Only thing that helps is antihistamine orally. Help! Tonight it's the right foot. Mostly happens at night. It stopped for a while and has started again.

Get your blood absolute eosinophil count and serum IgE levels checked.

You can use an antihistamine cream like ritch cream.
Don't take antihistamine tablets you will get dependent on these.
