Question : I've had these moles on my foot for about 5 years now. however I've been experiencing foot pain and they've changed a little over the years. I do XXXXXXX as well. Do these look like anything I should worry about?

I have reviewed the attached photographs.
The moles are looking fine to me but if you think they have changed keep them under observation.
If they show sudden increase in size, change in shape or colour, bleed, ooze or itch consult a dermatologist and get a dermoscopic examination of these.
