Question : I am having extremely painful foot pain. It was just my ankle and now it is the entire foot and the other foot is starting to hurt. It's so bad that nothing is helping, and the other foot is starting to hurt as well.

Pain in the feet can be due to an ankle sprain or bad posture. This can be related to plantar fasciitis too.
Proper examination by an orthopedician and few investigations like X-ray are needed for proper diagnosis. Mild pain killers and rest can help temporarily till then.
