Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antibiotics+anti fungals

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
It seems you have got bromhidrosis.

Bromhidrosis is foul body odor due to secondary decomposition of sweat by bacteria and fungus and leading to bacterial or sometimes fungal skin infection.

I would suggest you oral antibiotics(Erythromycin) and antifungal tablets (Itraconazole) for 7-10 days along with application of antibiotic cream like fusidic acid and antifungal cream like clotrimazole twice a day for few weeks. These are precribed medication.

Use dusting powder containing clotrimazole on daily basis to keep area dry and reduce friction.

Avoid tight shoes and use cotton based socks as far as possible.

I am sure you will be fine soon.
Take care
