Brief Answer:
hormonal imbalance;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The symptoms you described are suggestive for an underactive thyroid or other hormonal imbalance.
Except if a detailed clinical examination i would recommend some blood tests;
-Full blood count
-TSH, Ft4 and Ft3
-AST,SLT
-Electrolytes
-Cortisol level at 8.00 a.m
-Testosterone level
Will be a pleasure to give you a second opinion after the above results.

Kind Regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

Brief Answer:
You need a clinical examination and some blood tests:

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Yes, you should do some blood test to exclude the most comon pathologies that cause difficulty in loosing weight and memory problems.
An under active thyroid, a low testosterone level are the most common.
I think you can do them in every blood center test.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
