Question : I am 20 years old and have noticed many freckles of differing colors popping up everywhere. They aren't raised and almost all are smaller then a pencil earaser. I have had lots of medical examinations with radiation etc in the past year. Are these spots something to worry about. They are mostly on my arms shoulders chest and back.
