I tore my frenulum last night. It was bleeding and I aplied pressure for some time and the bleeding stopped. I went to sleep and the bleeding started again after 5-6 hours while I was sleeping. I applied pressure again and the bleeding stopped. Will it heal itself or will it require treatment.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have torned frenulum during intercourse which bled subcutaneously.
Normally frenulum injury heals up itself spontaneously and does not require any surgical intervention .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
It will get haled up within a week,
