Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Based on the symptoms that you have described , an UTI, as you stated, is very likely.

AZO contains phenazopyridine which causes pain relief when it is excreted into the urine.
It does not contain an antibiotic to help treat the source of pain.

Management of urinary tract infections usually would consist of:(1)urinalysis at your doctor's office to confirm the diagnosis
(2)pain treatment as you have done
(3)A lot of fluids to flush the bacteria which you are also doing
(4)Antibiotics are needed to effectively treat the bacteria

Since you have multiple urinary tract infections then a sample may need to be sent to the lab to identify the specific bacteria causing the infection and to do sensitivity testing (tests to determine the antibiotic that would work best).

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
