Suggest Treatment For Frequent Bowel Movements In A Baby

on the continuation of my question, the stool she is passing in drops is of light-yellow colour and not watery and not solid. we cleaned it and now the area (baby's back) is looking very reddish and we applied pure coconut oil to heal it. apart from this,, baby looks active and taking mother's milk as usual. we didn't see any other changes in our baby. could you please suggest me the best solution for it as quick as possible ?
No need to worry

Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I have gone through your question and understand you concerns. But don't worry. It happens when the peristalsis of baby's gut is affected by aerophagia. While breastfeeding, babies gulp air along with milk normally and this is called aerophagia.
The solution is simple. Just burp your baby properly for at least 3-4 minutes after feeds.
It's also advisable to breastfeed completely from 1 breast before changing the side. This will provide both thin milk ( fore milk) rich in lactose and water and thicker milk( hind milk) rich in proteins and fats. By doing this, your baby will be more satisfied with lesser colics and stools.
I would also recommend you to give probiotic such as enterogermina once daily for next 5 days to baby. This will help in replenishing the gut flora good for digestion.
Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care and enjoy parenthood

Exclusive breast feeding for first 6 months of life
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Ideally you should continue exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months of age. You may continue it even after the mother joins her work by expressed breast milk which can be easily given during the time mother is not around.
In case, still you wish to continue with formula feeds, you may give Enfomil, lactogen, Nan pro or lactodex premium. All are good.Don't worry.
Hopefully this will help you.
Take care
