Hello XXX,

Having cold often could be due to allergic rhinitis. You need to identify the triggers or allergens and avoid them completely.

Also, low immunity can cause you to have recurrent cold too. Please have a healthy diet with lots of citrus fruits like oranges, sweet lime etc. You can have green tea, herbal tea, ginger tea regularly to enhance your immune status as well.

Having a deviated nasal septum can also cause cold often.

If this is problematic, I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. You might undergo an allergy test to identify the allergen too.
