Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
The options for constipation are follows
1. plenty of fluids
2. high fiber diet.
3. long walks
4. oral laxatives (that you have already tried)
5. rectal suppositories- these have to be placed in the rectum at the depth of a finger. You can keep it at night so you can have normal motions.
best of luck.
