Brief Answer:
Mostly VPC, need one ecg

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Most probably you are having ectopics, mostly VPCs. Most of the time, these are not problematic. But, considering your age, needs investigations.
Usual causes for these, are anxiety, stress, coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, alcohol or drugs, sometimes no detectable cause then Called as idiopathic.
Since you are having these symptoms at these moment, you should get ECG done straight away to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other cause. Later, you ll need echocardiography, and stress test either treadmill or stress thallium to rule out coronary artery disease if not done.
Treatment of choice is beta blockers which you are already receiving and depending upon the cause. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
