Question : i have a 8 week old baby. he has been having dark green stools that are more formed only once a day or less. for the past 48 hours his stool has changed to yellow and watery. this is happening every 2 hours or so. he has no fever and is eating well. he is not fussy and does not seem to be in any pain.

Hi....what you are quoting is a normal phenomenon. You need not worry unless there is low urine output/ blood in stools/ low activity in the baby.
There is no need to stop breast feeding.
