Brief Answer:
Like all alcohol, wine is diuretic.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Alcoholic Wine is a diuretic means, it produces more urine. The sugar content and additional factors like blocking antidiuretic hormone are the reasons for diuresis. Once, wine is removed from body, urination will return to normal.
2. It is not UTI. If you have additionally burning micturition, then UTI can be thought of.
3. Wine in limited quantities is good and hydration (more water) is necessary to maintain body fluid balance and reduce risk of hangover.

Hope it helps.
