As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
It's possible, you may have developed an urinary infection.( UTI).
To know this, you will need to have your urine routine and culture test done.
Also, check your blood sugar.
According to reports, if UTI is seen, you'll need treatment for it.
After giving urine for testing, have a medical check-up by a doctor, and it's advisable to start an antibiotic like, Ciprofloxacin, and take an alkaliser syrup in water or lime juice, twice daily.
Drink 8-10 glasses liquids daily.
