Question : 26 year old female. low to high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion. having results of biopsy tomorrow.did not mention to dr ... frequent urination. is that another symptom of something more serious?

Not related to CIN.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The frequency of urination may not be related to CIN that is detected in the cervix. This can be due to a mild urinary infection. Do get a urine examination done to rule out the infection. Increase your intake of cranberry juice till then.
