Brief Answer:
Evaluation by Urologist and Nephrologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query sir and I am sorry for the frequent problems you have.
You seem to be suffering from chronic cystitis (bladder infection). There are few reasons you might already know like congenital problems, diabetes, stones and accompanying prostate infection. Are you sure that the stones no more exist? Was it confirmed with CT scan and not Ultrasound scan? Since diabetes is ruled out, we should consider other reasons especially accompanying prostate infection. You should get prostatic secretions tested or cultured to find additional bacteria in it. These secretions are elicited by doing prostate massage. Additional you should get the Urinary tract scanned to rule out hidden anamolies causing frequent bladder infections.
If everything is ruled out it cannot be explained properly.
I suggest you meet a Nephrologist and Urologist and get the necessary evaluation.
Besides drink more water, attend the toilet without delay and use water always not tissues.

Please let me know if you have more questions.

Brief Answer:
Yes viewed the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I checked the reports you attached before giving my first reply.
The report says that you have pus cells and some cells from the bladder. This is because of cystitis,
Long term cystitis will fall a brunt on the kidney but it can be prevented .As long as you have follow up with doctor and check for kidney function test complications can be prevented.

Brief Answer:
Urge incontinence

Detailed Answer:
hello sir,

I understand your worry and how embarassing it would be to have this problem when you are a professional. I lchecked the prescription and the doctor gave STELABID which is trifluoperazine which is generally given for active bladder.
Try to understand the problem is you have an overactive bladder that means the bladder is contracting even when it is not full leading to urge and more frequent urination. When it contracts there is urgency incontinence (leaking of urine). The cause is very difficult to find out in young men like you. However since there were frequent urine infections with bladder infection it can be due to it.

The treatment is lifestyle changes and behaviour modification. That is why your doctor advised you to do so. While there are medicines available to reduce the contractions of the bladder it is always better to visit the toilet as per the convenient schedule and on time. Gradually you can increase the time duration between those visits.
Generally cystoscopy and Urodynamic studies are done routinely by urologists. You have to visit them to get them done and not do them before you visit them.

Hope this is clear this time.
