Since you have these lesions over your back also, I would like to have a closer look at them. Kindly click done more close up pictures of the rash at various affected areas of body and upload them here on this page.
Also please provide certain more details which can help in reaching a particular diagnosis.
Please tell exactly which all areas of body are affected?
Since when you have this rash ?
Any itching?

Brief Answer:
Superficial skin fungal infection,apply antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures.

You seem to have developed pityriasis versicolor which is a superficial fungus affecting the upper back ,chest and upper arms in most people.
You should avoid application of any oil or moisturisers over the affected area .
Apply an antifungal agent like Canestan or candid cream over the affected areas twice a day . Use this medicine regularly for at least three weeks .
The skin color will take some more time to return to normal even after the infection tends to heal .
Wear cotton clothes as much as possible to reduce sweating.
