Brief Answer:
Fungal/disseminated infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Your symptoms are suggesting widespread fungal infection. "Systemic infection" means that fungus has spread to multiple organs of the body. In this case it takes longer time to recover and require extensive medication and care. voriconazole & Flucytosine are usually recommended for such cases and under direct supervision of a "Consultant Dermatologist".

> General Care:
It is VERY important in fungal infections because if proper care is not taken then it does not heal completely and instead reappears for longer time and even spreads to adjacent areas. You need to take care of following things:

- Wear loose shoes
- keep very good care of hygiene
- dry body immediately after shower/water comes in contact with them
- do not let body remain in sweat for longer time.
- wash hands thoroughly after touching the affected areas.
- Don't trim or pick at the skin around your nails.

Healing of fungal infection is a slow process. If you will take care then it will heal quickly, else it may take even 6 months or more. If you have not already discussed by getting an appointment with a "Consultant Dermatologist" then i would suggest you to have one, specific to "consultant dermatologist" only.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
