Hi,
This is really not suggestive of fungal infection. I will rather concentrate on treating this wound. Cleansing regularly with an antiseptic would do. Also, keep airy and dry by avoiding thick and tight under wears as this causes sweating, itching and delayed wound healing. I will recommend betadine/cetaphil for this.
If I were your physician, I will certainly stop applying antifungal creams such as ketoconazole at this time.
