hello. thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). i have gone through your query and i have noted your concern

You seem to have a fungal infection of groin folds i.e tinea cruris or intertrigo. Sweating, heat, humidity, tight fitting clothes, being overweight are some of the risk factors associated with the development of tinea and intertrigo of folds.
I suggest you to use a topical antifungal cream e.g clotrin B cream Or eumosone M cream, twice daily for 2 weeks.
In addition you may also take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg or levocetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
General measures would include bathing twice daily, wearing loose fitting clothes, cotton undergarments and weight control.

Regards
