surgery better option
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Well, there is no purpose of any medications in these types of infections since fungal infections are commonly refracter and chronic. Surgery is minor procedure done under local anasthesia where part of nail is removed and it is then meticuosly cleaned under it. You dont need to be afraid of it. Local agents or oral antifungic in most cases dont lead to complete cure. WIsh you good health. Regards
