Question : I have a brown small dot on my big toe and the nail looks brownish had a pedicure last summer .... On my other big toe it's like a brown curved line at the corner of my toe .... concerns me greatly

Brown spot on nail is suggestive of onychomycosis, a fungal ingection of nails.
