Question : I have an itch in my urethra in the head of my penis. I am in a monogamous relationship so I'm not thinking STD. I have no redness, no pain, no discharge, no blood. I have recently switched soaps in the shower, and during sex squeezed off my penis physically to stop ejaculation. The itch started right about that time.

I have carefully gone through your query. There are two possibilities to consider:
* There can be a simple fungal infection. Taking fluconazole 150 mg tablet once a week for four weeks can help.
* While pinching off to hold the semen, the semen might have stagnated and irritated the mucus membrane lining the urethra and the head of your penis. The heads of the sperms contains substances that enable them to burrow into the ovum. Such substances could have played the role behind the itchiness. If that is the case it will soon subside.
